TESTING & DOCUMENTATION

The evidence belongs
to the actual batch.

Know which records to request, and how to connect them to the material being offered.

Start with traceability.

A batch-specific certificate of analysis reports results for a particular material and lot. Match the product name and lot identifier across the quotation, material label, and report.

Review each result in context.

Ask what the reported test measures, which method produced it, and whether the relevant underlying data are available. A percentage alone does not answer every question about identity, quantity, sterility, or suitability for a study.

Use your laboratory’s requirements.

Obtain the documentation required by your institution before making a procurement decision. Follow the laboratory’s approved review and handling procedures.

Current report availability

Batch-specific reports have not yet been published on this site. Request the current documentation for the actual lot being offered.
