Details worth
knowing first.
A useful starting point for documentation, packaging previews, pricing, and order inquiries.
Who is this collection for?
The collection is presented for laboratory research. Materials are not offered for human or animal use, personal wellness use, diagnosis, or treatment.
How do I place an order?
Choose a product size and quantity, add it to your inquiry, and review the itemized selection. The form prepares an email draft addressed to LabGrade. Review and send that draft from your email app. Availability and final terms are confirmed in a written quotation before payment.
Are the listed prices in US dollars?
Yes. Product prices and inquiry subtotals are shown in USD. Shipping and applicable taxes are confirmed separately in the final quotation.
Where can I find a certificate of analysis?
Batch-specific reports have not yet been published on this site. Request the documentation for the actual lot being offered, and match the material and batch identifiers before ordering.
Does a cap color or holographic label identify a material?
Packaging previews illustrate visual styles. Confirm the actual material name, listed presentation, lot identifier, and documentation. Cap color and label finish do not establish identity, purity, sterility, or suitability.
Does the website collect payment?
The current website prepares itemized email inquiries. It does not collect payment card details or complete an online payment. LabGrade confirms payment arrangements with the written quotation.
How are shipping costs and delivery timing confirmed?
Provide the destination with your inquiry. Shipping arrangements, cost, dispatch expectations, and any available delivery estimate are confirmed before an order. No universal shipping rate or delivery time is published here.
What is the sales policy?
All sales are final, subject to applicable law. Review the complete quotation before paying. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact LabGradeResearch@gmail.com with the order information so the issue can be reviewed.
